By accessing or using EduPin24 (the “Service”) you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

EduPin24 is intended solely for educational purposes — helping teachers prepare question papers and helping students learn. You agree to use the Service in this spirit and not for commercial resale, unfair examination advantage, or any purpose that is unlawful or contrary to academic integrity.

• Provide accurate information when creating an account.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure.
• Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and school policies.
• Teachers are responsible for reviewing every AI-generated question and answer before using it in formal assessments.

The EduPin24 brand, logo, interface, code and design are owned by EduPin24 and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or reuse them without written permission.

You keep ownership of the specific question papers you generate for your own classroom use. In return, you grant EduPin24 a limited licence to store and process that content strictly to provide the Service to you (for example, so you can reopen a saved paper).

You agree that you will not:

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Use automated scripts or bots to abuse the AI generation endpoints.
• Redistribute, resell or repackage EduPin24 content as your own product.
• Use the Service to create content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, obscene or harmful to minors.
• Share your account with others in a way that circumvents fair-use limits.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service — with or without notice — if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused the platform, or put other users at risk. You may stop using the Service at any time.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EduPin24, its creators and its service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages — including loss of marks, loss of data, loss of business or loss of reputation — arising from your use of the Service or reliance on AI-generated content.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where changes are material, notify you inside the app. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
