This Privacy Policy applies to the EduPin24 website, apps and services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to the collection and use of information in the ways described below.

We collect only the information we need to provide and improve EduPin24:

• Account details — name, email address and login credentials, if and when you create an account.
• Generated content — the question papers, answer keys, prompts and inputs you create with our AI tools. Some of this may be stored locally in your browser so your session survives a refresh.
• Usage analytics — pages visited, features used, device and browser type, approximate location and error diagnostics.
• Support communications — messages you send to info@edupin24.com or via the “Report a Mistake” form.

• To operate your account and deliver the question generation service.
• To improve the quality of AI-generated content, prompts and user experience.
• To respond to your questions, feedback and mistake reports.
• To detect, prevent and address technical issues, abuse and security incidents.
• To comply with applicable laws in India.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use the content of your question papers to build advertising profiles.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information — encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls on our infrastructure, and hardened cloud hosting. No system on the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure, so we encourage you to use a strong unique password and to notify us immediately at info@edupin24.com if you suspect any unauthorised access.

EduPin24 uses cookies and local browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences (such as board, class and subject) and preserve your current draft. We may also use privacy-friendly analytics tools to understand aggregated usage — which features are helpful and where students get stuck — so we can keep improving the product. You can clear cookies and site data at any time from your browser settings.

EduPin24 is designed for use by teachers and by students studying school curricula (typically Nursery to Class 12). Children under 13 should use the Service only with the involvement of a parent, guardian or teacher. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child without such consent. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data without appropriate consent, please contact info@edupin24.com and we will delete it promptly.

To run EduPin24 we rely on a small number of trusted providers. Each one handles data only as needed to deliver their part of the Service and is bound by their own privacy terms:

• Lovable — application platform and AI gateway used to build and host EduPin24 and to power question generation.
• Hostinger — domain and DNS services for edupin24.com.
• Authentication providers — used only if and when you sign in with an email or third-party login.
• Payment providers — used only if paid plans are added in the future. Card details are handled by the payment processor and never touch our servers.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop processing it for a particular purpose. To make a request, email info@edupin24.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the Service or the law. Whenever we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of the page and, where changes are significant, notify you inside the app.
